REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR CLAMP AND BUSHING KIT

FITS: AUDI A3/S3(8P) & AUDI TT(8J) FWD & QUATTRO

ALL VW MK V, MK VI, CC, PASSAT & TIGUAN FWD & 4-MOTION

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH NEUSPEED ANTI-ROLL BAR

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PARTS LIST: 2 – BILLET CLAMPS W/ GREASE FITTINGS 1 – SILICONE GREASE

2 – URETHANE BUSHINGS 4 – M8X30MM SOCKET BOLT

TOOLS REQUIRED: 1 – RATCHET WRENCH

1 – M10 TRIPLE SQUARE (12 POINT) OR 8mm HEX KEY WRENCH

1 – 6mm HEX KEY WRENCH

1. Park car on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the vehicle’s weight on jack and jack stands.

Using the manufacturer’s recommended lifting point(s), raise rear of vehicle and support with jack

stands. NEVER WORK ON A VEHICLE SUPPORTED ONLY WITH A JACK!

2. Remove the bushing clamp mounting bolts

using a M10 Triple Square or 8mm hex key

wrench and remove original clamps and

NEUSPEED bushings. Note: AWD models need to

compress suspension for easier access to upper

clamp bolt.

3. Clean old grease from NEUSPEED Anti-Roll

Bar using WD-40 or equivalent.

4. Apply silicone grease to the inside of supplied

bushings and install on the inside of stop washer

on NEUSPEED Anti-Roll Bar.

5. Install NEUSPEED Anti-Roll Bar Billet Clamps

with fittings facing downward and bolts supplied

to sub-frame. Torque bolts to 24Nm (18 ft-lbs).

6. Double check complete installation.

7. Grease bushings yearly with grease gun.
